Panorama with lake and summit views
The starting point is the Steffisalp cable car. From there, you hike towards Spitziger Stein, Hochalphütte, and Panoramasee. Along the way, you'll be accompanied by Biberkopf, Widderstein, and turquoise waters.
Körbersee loop
Lake Körbersee is one of the most beautiful places in Austria. The path there combines mountain views, alpine roses, and a delightful stop at the lake.
Other favorite routes
Höferspitze
The Höferspitze offers impressive views into the Kleinwalsertal valley, towards the Widderstein mountain, and across the surrounding peaks. The hike is more challenging and particularly rewarding in clear weather.
Widdersteinblick
Around the Hochtannberg Pass, short hikes can be combined with stunning panoramic views. Ideal if the view is more important than a lot of elevation gain.
Saloberkopf and Auenfeld
Expansive views, open meadows and cozy places to stop for refreshments make the loop via Salober and Auenfeld a promising day trip.
